Oodle Car Finance has appointed Estelle McConnell as the new Head of Sales & Major Accounts.
With two decades of experience in automotive finance at Capital Bank, Secure Trust Bank, and Close Brothers, Estelle McConnell joins Oodle.
In her new position, she will drive the business forward by supporting the commercial and sales teams and promoting Oodle’s market proposition.

McConnell also aims to inspire women in the industry. “As a woman in a senior role, I hope to encourage other women to pursue fulfilling careers in motor finance. While progress has been made in gender diversity, there is still room for improvement. Oodle’s commitment to diversity and inclusion was a key factor in my decision to join the company.”
