Buick Enclave 2025 Trim Names, Pricing, and Changes

Buick enjoys playing around with its trim names. In the year 2020, the Enclave lineup included Base, Essence, Premium, and Avenir trims. Fast forward two years, and the trims shifted to Preferred, Essence, Premium, and Avenir. In 2022, only Essence, Premium, and Avenir remained. The latest 2025 Enclave has undergone another transformation, with Essence now being called Preferred, and Premium being replaced by Sport Touring. While we were aware of these changes, what remained a mystery were the prices for these revamped trims, which GM Authority uncovered.

The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRPs) for the 2025 Enclave, after factoring in the $1,395 destination charge, and their variances from 2024, are as follows:

  • Preferred: $46,395 ($1,100)
  • Sport Touring: $48,795 (New trim)
  • Avenir: $59,395 ($500)

For those interested in rear-wheel drive, this configuration adds $2,000 to the base price.

The Sport Touring trim costs $2,490 more than the entry-level Preferred, representing almost a 40% increase from the current option price. Furthermore, as a more luxurious variant of the Preferred, the Sport Touring trim comes in at $3,800 less than the existing mid-level trim, the 2024 Enclave Premium.

Under the hood, the Enclave is equipped with the same turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine found in the Acadia and Traverse, delivering 328 horsepower and 326 pound-feet of torque through an eight-speed automatic transmission. Towing capacity is rated at 5,000 pounds.

With the exception of the Avenir, all Enclave models feature a standard 30-inch instrument and infotainment display, floating center console, adjustable ambient lighting, wireless device charging, and a 12-speaker sound system. The range-topping Avenir steps up the audio experience with a 16-speaker setup, adds amenities like a panoramic sunroof, front seat ventilation and massage function, rear seat heating, a head-up display, and adaptive shocks paired with larger 22-inch wheels. The Sport Touring trim, as expected, showcases black accents in the grille and black 20-inch wheels.

Buick has included standard Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) such as automatic emergency braking with intersection support, blind-spot monitoring with steering assist, and lane-keep assist. Additionally, Super Cruise will be available as an option.

All in all, the 2025 Enclave brings a significant enhancement in features for only modest price increments.
