Nissan unveils the innovative “Karaok-e” van concept with impressive sound system

With a minivan, you can load it up with a half dozen friends to transport them to a big party. However, this typically involves some uninteresting time stuck in traffic. Enter the Nissan Townstar Karaok-e, where the van itself becomes the party.

Nissan’s modified Townstar Evalia project showcased in Europe transforms the van into a mobile karaoke lounge. The rear of the van houses a 32-inch video monitor for graphics and lyrics, an impressive sound system, fancy lighting, and synchronized cabinetry lights that pulse with the music.

This all-electric seven-seat Townstar Evalia is designed to promote “well-being and happiness” and offers various apps for passengers to showcase and share their vocal talents on social media.

The exterior of the van also receives attention, with a vibrant wrap and neon-like roof attachment. The Donna Summer would likely have been impressed.

The Townstar Evalia in Europe closely resembles the Renault Kangoo van, offering options for five or seven seats and electric or gasoline powertrains.
