The 2025 BMW M2 has arrived with some exciting updates, marking the first significant refresh since its debut in 2023.

One notable change is the increase in power from the 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six engine. The 2025 M2 now delivers 473 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque with the six-speed manual transmission, representing a 20-horsepower boost. The eight-speed automatic version receives an even more substantial increase, with output now at 473 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque. Both versions have also improved their 0-60 times by 0.1 second, with the manual achieving it in 4.1 seconds and the automatic in 3.9 seconds. BMW has also enhanced throttle mapping for more responsive acceleration.

In terms of aesthetics, the 2025 M2 offers a wider range of color options, including Java Green metallic, Voodoo Blue, and more. The badging is now black with a silver border, and the exhaust tips come in black as standard.

Inside, the new M2 features a flat-bottom steering wheel available in leather or Alcantara, along with new Black Vernasca leather seats with red accents. The updated iDrive 8.5 system offers enhanced usability, including Live Cockpit Professional with augmented navigation features.
